How I keep n8n workflows reliable

Treat the AI/model step as an interface, so one provider's rate limit or price change doesn't break the flow.
Add explicit error branches and retries instead of hoping a node never fails.
Log and monitor runs, so you know when something needs attention.
Keep credentials out of the workflow body and document how to run it.
